What I've been up to lately: Recently I've picked up my sketchbook, just doodling random things.  I go through cycles of ignoring my sketchbook and then being completely inseparable from it. My new roommate is an art major, and is always doing something creative.  Maybe that has something to do with this renewed interest in my sketchbook. I give props to those who can bang out Sailor Moon, and Wish and all other clamp inspired art like it's nothing. I takes me forever to come up with an idea/pose, color schemes ...the whole shabang. Its hard trying to draw a character from Clamp well, considering I was never all that talented in the first p

I fell madly in love with Hana Kimi. A friend of mine let me read one of her manga's yesterday and now I'm insanely hooked. I'm a sucker for the high school love story with foreign exchange students. l went to the bookstore today and bought the first 5 volumes! All those happy bishounen and that crazy school doctor :smile: I went through all 5 volumes in about 4 hours, and now I  need a nap. And more pocky.

Okay time for me to recap what's been going on. After spending all my saturdays this past month in the doctor's office getting tests done and sonograms, IV drips and drinking my weight in water,  I'm happy to say that this sat is my last Dr.'s visit in which they will explain to me why I needed all those dang tests done and what the results are. I'm on pins and needles hoping that the news is good. I think waiting a month is a bit too much but doctors will be doctors. *shrug* I went to my first semi-formal piano concert tonight.
